Even with an increase in mental health resources and public visibility, many still struggle to talk about their mental struggles. So how can we open the conversation with people in a fun and creative way?

Next Chapters is a plush toy that pairs with written prompts to guide the user through a mental health journey of self-awareness. The journey allows users to release their emotions while learning how to process them.
